TERRY-ANN - NEW YORK

Nassau County, Long Island; Western Suffolk County, Long Island

TERRY-ANN - I am a positive person, with high energy and a passion for a healthy and fit life style. I believe it is never too late to start one. After having 3 children in 3 ½ years ( no twins), I decided to rescue my body. I studied ballet and exercised since I was young. Joining a gym was a new experience for me. I loved it and the results. In 1983, I was 41, I won the Ms. Long Island Body building championship. Soon after, the TV appearances, newspaper and magazine articles were unexpected but wonderful experiences. Now, at the age of 67, I am (and yes a grandmother) still following a fit and healthy life style, with the energy and appearance of a much younger woman.

I design programs to fit the individual needs. I especially understand women and concentrate on their figure solutions.

My coaching style is enjoyable, supportive caring and safe with desired results. We become a team focusing on your goals. I look forward  to having the opportunity of meeting with you and attaining your goals and perhaps to go beyond your expectations.

Tiffany's Impact on My Life –
by Candice Harris Belfer

I will never forget the day April 5, 2010... I came head on with Head Fitness Trainer; Tiffany Yates at Fitness Ridge, Biggest Loser Resort. Ironically I had just finished her "Mountain" class. It was the first class of my first day of eight hour ASS-kicking classes that I had waited months for. I was up over 35 pounds and an emotional wreck. I also had a huge chip on my shoulder and couldn't admit that I needed to be there even if I knew I WANTED to. I was so mad at myself for failing, consumed by my home trainer who kept telling me I wasn't ever going to succeed, that I was lazy, and I had let him down. It wasn't him, it was me! I let myself down but I didn't understand it + "It" was suffocating and deafening. Tiffany saw me walking out at the end of class with tears and she insisted that I must look at the FULL view. What did that mean? Perhaps what it applies in my life today! I have been so mad at my book keeper for stealing from me this past year, and my nanny who has been critically ill in the hospital that I forgot to take care of myself. Then, my friend Jen Morton calls to tell me that Tiffany is dedicating an Iron Man for me and I quickly remembered how strong I really am. I must continue to repeat this to myself and begin to live it: "Tiffany, I got this. I know what to do. You gave me everything I need so it's time to do it!"

Love to each Fitness Ridge Fitness Professional who works every day to help people struggling with obesity find a reason and a way to LIVE! Go life Ethics, Inc. and My Genes Fit!!
