REBECCA - I have been a trainer for 3 years. I train individually or in small groups. I have a wide range of clients from athletes, police officers to those clients needing all levels of weight loss. As someone who suffers from asthma and has had back surgery, I understand that some clients have limitations, to some exercise can be intimidating. I look forward to working with each client, learning about them and offering my guidance and support to help them achieve their individual goals.
No two bodies are the same, so no 2 workouts should be either!

I am a dancer. I was born and raised in Venezuela. Latin/Afro rhythms are in my blood.
I studied classical ballet and modern dance since the age of 7. I graduated from the London School of Contemporary Dance/London/England in 1974. Won a grant from the French Government to do my Masters in Dance at the Centre d'Etudes Superieurs de Danse at the Sorbonne University/ Paris/ France. I had a successful career as a dancer, and choreographer and teacher in South America, France and the U.S.A. I started teaching fitness in 1978 and was certified by ACE and AFAA. My last professional dance commitment was with the Kewing Co. at the Joyce Theatre in Manhattan, NYC/ USA in 2009. |
