KIRBY- I'm a native Texan raised in the Houston area but have been in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex all of my adult life. I have always been active and enjoyed playing sports, including racquetball, which I still play regularly. In 2004 I "discovered" weight-training in addition to the great cardio workouts I had been getting over the years. Now I do a combination of cardio AND weight-training/lifting as part of my weekly fitness regimen. I have found that a 3-pronged approach: weight-training, cardio and nutrition/eating right is a powerful and effective recipe for attaining maximum health and fitness! I want to share this with others and truly enjoy when clients, after working with me for just a few sessions, say "I feel so good, and I have so much more energy now". Molly was looking for a form of exercise that would create length to her bulky muscles but at the same time give her strength and flexibility. Molly is certified to teach mat, reformer, tower, chair, and barrel. Power Pilates is a classical form of Pilate’s using all the tools passed down from Joseph Pilates. Molly has experience in teaching Pilates through group classes or private sessions.

I am a dancer. I was born and raised in Venezuela. Latin/Afro rhythms are in my blood.
I studied classical ballet and modern dance since the age of 7. I graduated from the London School of Contemporary Dance/London/England in 1974. Won a grant from the French Government to do my Masters in Dance at the Centre d'Etudes Superieurs de Danse at the Sorbonne University/ Paris/ France. I had a successful career as a dancer, and choreographer and teacher in South America, France and the U.S.A. I started teaching fitness in 1978 and was certified by ACE and AFAA. My last professional dance commitment was with the Kewing Co. at the Joyce Theatre in Manhattan, NYC/ USA in 2009.
