MARK - Raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Mark has always had an intense passion for fitness since the age of twelve. He possesses a true love of the sports and maintains the lifestyle of an athlete. He works training clients from ages 8-75, creating and implementing their personal fitness programs. Clients are screened for health risks and their exercise regimens are carefully tailored to their individual needs and goals. Whether you need to lose a few unwanted pounds or put on muscle mass, Mark will design you a program and work with you to help you reach your goals faster and safer. He has worked with clients with all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner, or you’re returning to the gym after a long break or an injury, if you’re a Runner, or you just want to challenge your fitness ability and take it to the next level, Mark is the perfect trainer for you. He makes workout fun and enjoyable for all his clients.
Over the years, Mark has developed programs for every group and level, all fitness needs including weight loss, building muscle mass, building stamina, gaining more energy, coordination and balance using functional training that will teach you how to protect your joints and prevent injuries during daily activities.
No matter what your level of fitness, age or limitations, Mark will design a program that will enable you to reach optimal capacity and performance. In fact, Mark welcomes the opportunity of working with people who have limitations such as lower back, knee, wrist or shoulder injury. With two certifications in fitness, a Physical Therapy student and the creator of the ultimate abs workout DVD “ABS-SESSION”, Mark has the knowledge and techniques to get you back to weight training (after physical Therapy and recovery of your injuries) and get you back to being stronger than before because he believes that fitness should be a way of life.
