KIM - I love what I do and you will benefit from my passion. I have utilized all types of fitness (Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Running) over the past 25 years to stay in shape and compete on the highest levels (All-State in high school and Division I college athlete). I’m enthusiastic about making fitness fun for everyone and know that you don’t have to kill yourself to get results, just be consistent.
I’ve been teaching Zumba for over three years and really work hard to keep it fresh with my own, new choreography. I challenge you to burn more calories in an hour while having that much fun.
Pilates will transform your body like you never imagined as it strengthens your core and lengthens your muscles. As I mom of three, I know that we all don’t have endless time to work out; your hour will matter. In addition to Zumba I currently teach Pilates and Yoga at Brielle Sports Clubs (Brielle and Wall, NJ), Gold’s in Howell, and the JCC in Deal. I have been certified in Group Exercise for 16 years (AFAA), Zumba for over 3 years and Pilates for the last 2 years.
