JEFF - NEVADA |
Las Vegas and surrounding areas |
JEFF - My name is JEFF. I grew up in Maryland, in a small suburb of Washington DC. As a
rail-thin child, my enthusiasm for fitness began early. I started working out at an early age, using any kind of weights I could get my hands on. At that early age I realized that nothing compared to being fit and active. I wasn't the type of kid who sat home and played video games. I was the kid who was outside and being lively every single day. I was involved in all types of sports including football, baseball, soccer, basketball, and track. Soon after joining the US Air Force in 1999 as a security forces officer, I began studying anything related to fitness/nutrition in order to gather all of the knowledge I could, to assist in finding a way to improve my body and health. During my term, I visited several countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia. It was during my term that I realized my passion was to help people feel better, look better, improve self confidence, and reach their body's fullest potential. I continue to utilize my in-depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition in designing regimens that ensure individuals get the best results in the shortest amount of time

TIFFANY
Congratulations…. Mrs. Iornman: You were BRAVE, FEARLESS,
and 100% HEART.
Tiffany's Impact on My Life – by Candice Harris Belfer
I will never forget the day April 5, 2010... I came head on with Head Fitness Trainer; Tiffany Yates at Fitness Ridge, Biggest Loser Resort. Ironically I had just finished her "Mountain" class. It was the first class of my first day of eight hour ASS-kicking classes that I had waited months for. I was up over 35 pounds and an emotional wreck. I also had a huge chip on my shoulder and couldn't admit that I needed to be there even if I knew I WANTED to. I was so mad at myself for failing, consumed by my home trainer who kept telling me I wasn't ever going to succeed, that I was lazy, and I had let him down. It wasn't him, it was me! I let myself down but I didn't understand it + "It" was suffocating and deafening. Tiffany saw me walking out at the end of class with tears and she insisted that I must look at the FULL view. What did that mean? Perhaps what it applies in my life today! I have been so mad at my book keeper for stealing from me this past year, and my nanny who has been critically ill in the hospital that I forgot to take care of myself. Then, my friend Jen Morton calls to tell me that Tiffany is dedicating an Iron Man for me and I quickly remembered how strong I really am. I must continue to repeat this to myself and begin to live it: "Tiffany, I got this. I know what to do. You gave me everything I need so it's time to do it!"
