CAROLE - As far as my fitness philosophy goes, the body was designed to move and dance as a celebration of life and  movement. An excellent way to burn calories and get the body moving is through dancing.  The benefits are too numerous to mention.  Dancing will give a person grace, poise, confidence, a wonderful figure, joy, and eternal youthfulness.  Also, the dancing moves learned in a workout can be used on the dance floor.

I am a musician with a Masters in Music Education with an Elementary Music teaching background and I enjoy dancing in my daily workouts.  I love meeting people and am a very committed, hard worker, with a friendly, upbeat disposition, lots of energy, a positive attitude, dependability, with a passion for helping others.

Dancing is a great way to express oneself, get in touch with one's romantic side and have a tremendous amount of fun.  It is addictive and a great antidote for stress as well as sheer enjoyment.

Besides resistance training that is enjoyable, the dancing that someone will get from a workout with me will have the client hooked for life and bring a smile to his/her face when they look in the mirror and the minute they hear the
music.  All other workout forms do not compare to the variety dancing provides.

The dance genres that I use are Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Belly Dance, Zumba, Tango, Samba, and Ballet.  All a client needs is two feet, a pulse, and a willing spirit.

Tiffany's Impact on My Life –
by Candice Harris Belfer

I will never forget the day April 5, 2010... I came head on with Head Fitness Trainer; Tiffany Yates at Fitness Ridge, Biggest Loser Resort. Ironically I had just finished her "Mountain" class. It was the first class of my first day of eight hour ASS-kicking classes that I had waited months for. I was up over 35 pounds and an emotional wreck. I also had a huge chip on my shoulder and couldn't admit that I needed to be there even if I knew I WANTED to. I was so mad at myself for failing, consumed by my home trainer who kept telling me I wasn't ever going to succeed, that I was lazy, and I had let him down. It wasn't him, it was me! I let myself down but I didn't understand it + "It" was suffocating and deafening. Tiffany saw me walking out at the end of class with tears and she insisted that I must look at the FULL view. What did that mean? Perhaps what it applies in my life today! I have been so mad at my book keeper for stealing from me this past year, and my nanny who has been critically ill in the hospital that I forgot to take care of myself. Then, my friend Jen Morton calls to tell me that Tiffany is dedicating an Iron Man for me and I quickly remembered how strong I really am. I must continue to repeat this to myself and begin to live it: "Tiffany, I got this. I know what to do. You gave me everything I need so it's time to do it!"

Love to each Fitness Ridge Fitness Professional who works every day to help people struggling with obesity find a reason and a way to LIVE! Go life Ethics, Inc. and My Genes Fit!!
