BILL- Hi my name is Bill and I’m eager to meet you and help you to change your life.
I am a W.I.T.S. certified personal trainer since 2006. I’ve had the privilege and satisfaction of working with a wide range of people in their homes. From healthy 30 somethings who needed a push, to those with arthritis or who have had strokes, we, as a team, have worked hard to reach life improvement goals. Personally I have benefited from living an active life and want, more than anything, to share with you the tools you need to live life the way it was meant to be lived, with the energy you want and need to enjoy it fully.
Healthy living isn’t just for the young. Inspired by relatives in their 80’s and 90’s who continue to live independent and meaningful lives through good diet and exercise habits, I pursued a certification in older adult fitness. It’s never too late to make those changes, to get moving, to golf 18, to chase a soccer ball with your grand child, to change your life. I’m ready to help you do it!
QUOTE:" There are 1440 minutes in a day. Put 60 to 90 of them aside for you. Invest in yourself!"

Tiffany's Impact on My Life – by Candice Harris Belfer
I will never forget the day April 5, 2010... I came head on with Head Fitness Trainer; Tiffany Yates at Fitness Ridge, Biggest Loser Resort. Ironically I had just finished her "Mountain" class. It was the first class of my first day of eight hour ASS-kicking classes that I had waited months for. I was up over 35 pounds and an emotional wreck. I also had a huge chip on my shoulder and couldn't admit that I needed to be there even if I knew I WANTED to. I was so mad at myself for failing, consumed by my home trainer who kept telling me I wasn't ever going to succeed, that I was lazy, and I had let him down. It wasn't him, it was me! I let myself down but I didn't understand it + "It" was suffocating and deafening. Tiffany saw me walking out at the end of class with tears and she insisted that I must look at the FULL view. What did that mean? Perhaps what it applies in my life today! I have been so mad at my book keeper for stealing from me this past year, and my nanny who has been critically ill in the hospital that I forgot to take care of myself. Then, my friend Jen Morton calls to tell me that Tiffany is dedicating an Iron Man for me and I quickly remembered how strong I really am. I must continue to repeat this to myself and begin to live it: "Tiffany, I got this. I know what to do. You gave me everything I need so it's time to do it!"
Love to each Fitness Ridge Fitness Professional who works every day to help people struggling with obesity find a reason and a way to LIVE! Go life Ethics, Inc. and My Genes Fit!! |
