I have been involved in soccer all my life. I played 6 years club, 4 years of high school and 2 years indoor. I have also coached and instructed soccer for 5 years.
Health, fitness and nutrition are a part of my everyday life. I all ways make sure my clients know how important a well balanced diet is along with committing to a weekly workout plan. My work out plans can range from a one hour hike to one hour of core and circuit training. The most important thing to me is seeing my clients reach their goals and continuing a healthy life style.

Tiffany's Impact on My Life – by Candice Harris Belfer
I will never forget the day April 5, 2010... I came head on with Head Fitness Trainer; Tiffany Yates at Fitness Ridge, Biggest Loser Resort. Ironically I had just finished her "Mountain" class. It was the first class of my first day of eight hour ASS-kicking classes that I had waited months for. I was up over 35 pounds and an emotional wreck. I also had a huge chip on my shoulder and couldn't admit that I needed to be there even if I knew I WANTED to. I was so mad at myself for failing, consumed by my home trainer who kept telling me I wasn't ever going to succeed, that I was lazy, and I had let him down. It wasn't him, it was me! I let myself down but I didn't understand it + "It" was suffocating and deafening. Tiffany saw me walking out at the end of class with tears and she insisted that I must look at the FULL view. What did that mean? Perhaps what it applies in my life today! I have been so mad at my book keeper for stealing from me this past year, and my nanny who has been critically ill in the hospital that I forgot to take care of myself. Then, my friend Jen Morton calls to tell me that Tiffany is dedicating an Iron Man for me and I quickly remembered how strong I really am. I must continue to repeat this to myself and begin to live it: "Tiffany, I got this. I know what to do. You gave me everything I need so it's time to do it!"
Love to each Fitness Ridge Fitness Professional who works every day to help people struggling with obesity find a reason and a way to LIVE! Go life Ethics, Inc. and My Genes Fit!! |
